Treatment & Survivorship

Goal:
Address quality of life issues related to the needs of cancer patients, their families, friends, and caregivers including but not limited to treatment, pain control, long-term care, palliative care and access to accurate, complete, comprehensible, and culturally relevant information. 

Strategy:
Identify and promote existing resources and programs for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers specific to treatment, patient navigation, survivorship, and quality of life through using a palliative care and survivorship matrix and listing of clinical trails information to create an online database on the CDOC website.
