Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Funding Upates

June 2007

The Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) Program received a notice of grant award from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this month regarding the next 5-year cycle of CCC funding.  California's CCC Program was awarded funding for the main program as well as additional funds for Ovarian Cancer and Skin Cancer activities.

July 2007

The Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) Program received a notice of grant award (in the full amount requested) from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this month regarding the next cycle of CCC funding for Colorectal Cancer Program efforts.  In total, the CCC Program now has received funding for the main program as well as additional funds for Ovarian Cancer, Skin Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer activities.
