Final Report

The final report for your project is due by June 29, 2010.  If you feel you may have an issue with the timeline, please let us know. Final Report Template

Technical Assistance

The COCAP Core Planning Group helps guide the goals and objectives of COCAP and is comprised of ovarian cancer survivor’s CBOs, physicians, and researchers.  The CPG is available for technical assistance if needed.  Please let us know if you are having an issue that the CPG may help with.
