Treatment and Survivorship Implementation Team
Goal: To address quality of life issues related to the needs of people living with and surviving cancer, their families, friends, and caregivers including but not limited to treatment, pain control, long-term care palliative care and access to accurate, complete, comprehensible, and culturally relevant information. Strategies: Strategy 1: Market & promote existing cancer treatment, pain control, palliative care, and survivorship resources and programs online database on the CDOC website. Strategy 2: Work with CDOC DAD Team Access to Care coalitions to consolidate cancer treatment, pain control, palliative care, and survivorship resources to be used.
Strategy 3: Review NCI designated Community and Comprehensive Cancer Centers Program Palliative Care and Survivorship assessments. |
